Robin F. Baker
Executive Director & Co-Founder
Robin is an international occupational therapist, social entrepreneur and disability-rights advocate. As a Liberian-American, Robin has a keen interest in the availability of rehabilitation services in West Africa. Her interest prompted her to complete volunteer service projects in Haiti, Liberia and Ghana. As a result, GoTHERAPY was founded to transform the delivery and availability of rehabilitation services in low to middle resource countries and improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities.
Robin earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Howard University.

Christopher Gaskins
Director of Research & Development | Co-Founder
Christopher is an occupational therapist with over eight years of experience and a certified stroke rehabilitation specialist. His unyielding interest in international rehabilitation and desire to positively impact underserved communities led him to GoTHERAPY. Christopher is currently a Neuroscience doctoral student at the University of Maryland – College Park, where he is committed to merging his clinical experience as a practitioner with evidence based research to improve the health outcomes of patients domestically and globally.
Christopher earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina and Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Howard University.

Willie J. Haynes
Program Manager
Willie earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi, Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Tennessee State University and is pursuing a Doctorate from

PAUL FORSON
LOCAL COORDINATOR | LEAD OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Paul is an experienced occupational therapist with an interest in adult and child neuroscience. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Ghana in Occupational Therapy and is among the first cohort of trained occupational therapists in the country.
Paul is committed to advocating for the rights of persons with disabilities and spreading awareness about occupational therapy. He is also a beneficiary of GoTHERAPY Academy.

EMMANUAL ADU
LOCAL COORDINATOR | LEAD PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Emmanual is an experienced physical therapist with an interest in orthopedics and adult neuroscience. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Ghana in Physical Therapy.
Emmanual serves as a local coordinator and is also a beneficiary of GoTHERAPY Academy.
